The famous Poljot 3133 caliber
with shock resistant balance
is a hand-wound mechanism, that is built on the basis of the of the Valjoux 7734, a Swiss caliber that was made in Le Bioux.
The caliber was modified with changes applied to the cocks, balance, and
bearings.
