Poljotwatch.com offers 30-day money back guarantee and FREE two-year warranty on all Poljot and Aviator wristwatches.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
During the first 30-days of your purchase, all items in your order can be exchanged or returned for a full refund (minus shipping cost) if you are not 100% satisfied.  While there is no charge to return the watch, your credit card will be charged in the amount of $11 to cover return postage, handling and shipping insurance related costs.  Please contact us to obtain return instructions prior to sending the product back.  You can contact us at warranties@poljotwatch.com.

Two Year Limited Warranty
Your Poljot, Aviator, Shturmanskie or Buran brand watch is warranted by Poljotwatch.com for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of Poljotwatch.com) free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. While there is no charge for the repair or replacement of the watch during the warranty period, a check or money order in the amount of $11, payable to Sputnik Group LLC must accompany the watch to cover postage, handling, insurance and related costs.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Watch case, crystal / glass, crown/stem, finishes, watch strap or bracelet;

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear;

  • Water damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.  Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Poljotwatch.com will void this warranty.

Your watch will be repaired and returned to you within 6 to 8 weeks of the date that we receive your package. We encourage you to send your package certified, insured or through a traceable shipper. Poljotwatch.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Only watches sold through Poljotwatch.com will be repaired under the terms of the warranty. Watches sold by other retail or online shops will not be repaired under the terms of this warranty.  Please contact the establishment where you purchased your watch for warranty service.

Warranty Service Instructions:
Before sending your watch for service, please contact us by emailing at warranties@poljotwatch.com to obtain Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and specify the reason for your return.  Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Your first and last name

  • Original invoice number

  • Detailed description of the problem

  • Your return address, phone number and e-mail address

As a condition to this warranty, the enclosed International Guarantee repair coupon found in your User Manual, completed in its entirety and date stamped by Poljotwatch.com and the original purchase receipt, must be presented with the watch upon return.  The watch must be returned in its original box.   While there is no charge for the repair or replacement of the watch during the warranty period, a check or money order in the amount of $11, payable to Sputnik Group LLC must accompany the watch to cover postage, handling, insurance and related costs.  Please ship FedEx (Declare Value equal to the cost of the watch), US Mail Certified, or Registered Mail Insured. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you should insure your watch for at least its purchase price.

Out of warranty repair Poljot, Aviator, Shturmanskie and Buran Brand Watches
If your Poljot, Aviator, Shturmanskie or Buran watch is no longer under warranty and needs repair or service, you may send it to us.  When sending the watch to us, please describe the issue and authorize us to perform repair services in an attached letter.  Sometimes we're able to repair the watch in the US, however, since parts for Russian made movements, crystals, faces and cases are limited, we will most likely send your watch to our factory in Moscow.  We will be able to advise you of the itemized charges only after the watchmaker had repaired the watch.  We can provide estimates based on the description of the problem.  Most repair and service jobs on Russian movements go anywhere between $100 to $200.  Please note that this is a range and cost of service can be higher or lower depending on the issue you're experiencing.

After your watch is repaired and upon receipt of the required payment, your watch will be returned to you by FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. IMPORTANT: Please note that due to increased popularity of Russian watches and the resulting high demand in repair services, it may take up to SIX months for the return of your watch.  If you're not prepared to wait a long time, please do not send us the watch.
